Summary: Use RehabFlow to help with your personal exercise and rehab routines. Don't misuse the service. RehabFlow is not a medical application and provides no medical advice.
By downloading, installing, or using RehabFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users on a free trial, paid subscribers, and users with expired access.
RehabFlow is a personal exercise routine tracking application for iOS. The App allows you to:
RehabFlow is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is a personal productivity tool for exercise routine management only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, physiotherapist, or physician before starting or modifying any exercise or rehabilitation program. RehabFlow is not responsible for any physical harm resulting from the use of the App.
To use RehabFlow, you must create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or an email address and password. You are responsible for:

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon subscribing. During the trial, you have access to all features of the App at no charge. The trial begins when you start a subscription through the App Store.
After the free trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store subscription management page (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
After your subscription expires, the App enters read-only mode. You can view your existing programs and session history, but you cannot start new sessions, add exercises, or modify programs until you subscribe again.

You retain ownership of the content you create in RehabFlow (exercise programs, notes, photos). By using the App, you grant RehabFlow a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload (including exercise photos) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
RehabFlow and all associated logos, designs, text, and software are the property of RehabFlow and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RehabFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or any other damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the App:
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All your data — programs, sessions, pain history, and profile — is erased from our systems. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store before or after deleting your account, as account deletion does not automatically cancel billing.
You may also request account deletion by contacting support@getrehabflow.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
By using the App, you also acknowledge and agree to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your use of the App and is incorporated herein by reference. Apple's standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
