Short version: RehabFlow collects only what's necessary to provide and improve the service. We don't sell your data or share your health information with third parties. Some technical identifiers may be used for analytics and advertising attribution as described below. Your health and exercise data is yours.

RehabFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application for iOS developed and operated by Dominik Kumor as an individual developer. The App helps users stay consistent with physiotherapy, stretching, and rehabilitation exercise routines.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase exercise photos are stored in Firebase Storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Firebase applies industry-standard security measures. We apply Firestore Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data — no other user can read or write your data.

6. Health and Medical Data

RehabFlow stores pain ratings and session data that you enter. This data is stored securely in your private Firebase account and is never shared with third parties, used for research, or transmitted outside the app except as described in this policy.

RehabFlow is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The app is a tool for personal routine tracking only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.

7. Children's Privacy

RehabFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@getrehabflow.com.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data — including programs, sessions, pain history, and profile information — is permanently removed from our systems immediately. This action cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly within the App at any time:

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All personal data stored in our systems will be permanently erased. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it — please cancel your subscription separately through the App Store (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) before or after deleting your account.
