Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

RehabFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application for iOS developed and operated by Dominik Kumor as an individual developer. The App helps users stay consistent with physiotherapy, stretching, and rehabilitation exercise routines.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: email address and name when you create an account via Email/Password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In.
• Exercise programs: exercise names, sets, reps, hold times, durations, and notes you enter.
• Session data: pain ratings (before and after sessions), exercises completed or skipped, session timestamps.
• Preferences: notification settings, reminder times, training schedule, "your why" motivation text.
• Photos: exercise photos you optionally upload from your camera or photo library.
• Feedback: if you submit feedback through the app, we collect your email, message type, and message content.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Authentication tokens and User ID: managed by Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in and to associate your data with your account. Used for app functionality and analytics.
• Device ID and advertising identifiers: used for app functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution.
• Crash and performance data: anonymous crash and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability (via Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring). No personal health data is included.
• Product interaction data: general usage data (e.g. which screens and features are used) collected for app functionality and analytics.
• App version: collected with feedback submissions to help diagnose issues.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Browsing history outside the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the RehabFlow service
• Sync your data across your devices
• Send you notification reminders you have configured
• Process subscription payments via the App Store
• Respond to your support requests and feedback
• Diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and fix bugs
• Understand how the app is used (analytics) so we can improve features
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (advertising attribution)

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your health or exercise data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase exercise photos are stored in Firebase Storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Firebase applies industry-standard security measures. We apply Firestore Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data — no other user can read or write your data.

5. Third-Party Services

RehabFlow uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and analytics (including device identifiers used for analytics and advertising attribution). Firebase Privacy Policy →

• Apple App Store: payment processing for subscriptions. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment information.
• Google Sign-In: optional authentication method. Only your name and email are shared.
• Apple Sign In: optional authentication method. You may choose to hide your email using Apple's relay feature.

We do not use any advertising, analytics (beyond crash reporting), or social media SDKs.

6. Health and Medical Data

RehabFlow stores pain ratings and session data that you enter. This data is stored securely in your private Firebase account and is never shared with third parties, used for research, or transmitted outside the app except as described in this policy.

RehabFlow is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The app is a tool for personal routine tracking only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.

7. Children's Privacy

RehabFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@getrehabflow.com.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data — including programs, sessions, pain history, and profile information — is permanently removed from our systems immediately. This action cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly within the App at any time:

• Open the App → Today tab → Settings (top right)
• Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm the deletion in the prompt

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All personal data stored in our systems will be permanently erased. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it — please cancel your subscription separately through the App Store (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) before or after deleting your account.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
